Payment in Japanese yen only by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) only is available via this website.
On-line `Early Bird Registration` will be complete, when you make payment through credit card or bank transfer. The name of “Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT)” will appear in your credit card statement, but not this conference name.
On-site Registration:
You can register and make a payment (by credit card or by cash) at the registration desk.
On-site registration will be available from 12:00 PM on September 13, 2019 to 12:00 PM on September 15, 2019.
Registration Fees:
The registration fee includes an abstract book of this conference and a ticket for banquet at Sapporo Beer Garden on September 13, 2019.
Cancellation Policy for Registration
Fundamentally, the registration fee will not be refunded, once payment process is complete. However, there might be a few exceptions. Contact us if you have some special reason(s).

- Accommodations (If you would like to book your accommodation through us)
- Payment with credit card.
- Confirmation of your chosen items, including meal preferences, e.g., vegetarian.
On-line `Early Bird Registration` has been extended until 23:59(Japan Standard Time) on August 5, 2019.
Assistance to get a visa
The organizing committee issues the certificate of presentation upon your request after you submit a paper and get early bird registration. If you request more items to get a visa, the conference secretariat (See below), will send you the required items for additional charge (7,000 JPY).
